Triangle Named General Contractor for Southern Eye Associates

Triangle Construction Company of Greenville has been named general contractor for the new medical office building for Southern Eye Associates, developed by Hughes Development Corporation.

The project was designed and will be constructed to meet LEED certification standards for energy efficiency.

Southern Eye Associates will occupy a 13,000 square foot building being developed by Hughes Development Corporation. The site for the new facility is the Cross Creek Medical Park off of Faris Road in Greenville. Construction has begun with completion slated for the end of March
2012.
