Construction project quality delivery takes place not in the pre-construction phase or even in the design phase, but is delivered by the trades people, foremen, and superintendents that are on the job every day.

Every Triangle employee is empowered with the responsibility for quality control. We demand the very best from our own people and carry this attitude over to our suppliers, subcontractors, and sub-tier contractors. Before each trade begins work on a Triangle project, the level of acceptable quality is clearly established, agreed upon and incorporated into the project.

The ability to provide quality is not an inherent ability. Recognition of quality must be taught by those who have learned before. Triangle Construction Company’s reputation for delivering the highest quality construction is a reality only because of the experience of our employees. All (15) of our superintendents started out as laborers, carpenters, masons or concrete finishers and have been taught by those before them to recognize and deliver quality. The president of our company, Robert Harris has been involved in dozens of projects in this area over the last forty years. Our General Superintendent Martin Turner has worked for Triangle for more than twenty-five years. It is only with continuity that we are able to deliver quality.

While thriving for the best quality project, Triangle adheres to the partnering philosophy. Our commitment to partnering goes back to the early beginnings of our company. Although partnering has become a catch word during the last few years, it is a concept we have practiced for many years. It has been our corporate philosophy to build the team approach on all our jobs. We have been able to accomplish this on both negotiated jobs and lump sum bid jobs. Partnering is the best way to make this difficult process a win-win-win affair.
