Scope: New campus featuring a 100,000 square foot classroom building. Includes a 20,000 sf culinary school kitchen with a pastry kitchen, a la carte kitchen, a cold prep kitchen and 2 teaching kitchens.
Serves: Animal Studies, Carolina Culinary Arts Institute, Massage Therapy, Medical Lab Technology, Nursing, Patient Care Technology, General Studies, GED, and Employment Readiness.
Culinary: five multi-function kitchens and two dining rooms.
Nursing: three nursing laboratories, human body simulators, and Chemistry / Biology / Microbiology / anatomy-physiology laboratories. Medical Laboratory Technology: State of the art medical lab facilities. Massage Therapy: massage therapy laboratory. General Studies: 28 classrooms equipped with the latest in "Smart" technology.
Six computer laboratories and three "point-to-point" distance learning classroom. In addition, a multi-function seminar room which will house up to 310 in auditorium-style seating.
