Triangle Construction Company of Greenville has been awarded the construction contract for The Fitzgerald, a luxury condominium project located adjacent to The Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina.

The $16 million contract calls for construction of 24 luxury condominiums. The condominiums are designed in the style of French architecture and will offer luxury down to the finest details. Options range from a two-bedroom, two-bath model of 1969 square feet to one with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and study covering 2843 square feet.

Three variations in interior design choices are offered – Traditional, Contemporary, and, in the spirit of The Grove Park Inn, Craftsman.

The Fitzgerald overlooks the Grove Park Inn’s Donald Ross designed golf course, the city of Asheville, and the Blue Ridge mountains.

Architects for The Fitzgerald are Allora, LLC of Greenville.

Triangle began construction in August, with completion scheduled for January of 2009.
