Description: 48 unit condominium project that occupies a 7,500 square foot site on the north side of the Spring Street Parking Garage in Downtown Greenville. Construction is masonry and hollow-core structure with brick and stucco veneer. The marquee feature of this project will be its rooftop patio and pool.
Scope of Work: All project supervision as well as all concrete and steel work associated with the structure.
